We blend the seeds and nuts in our bread to make the nutrients more bioavailable, that’s just a fancy way to say - easier for our body to absorb all the goodness from the ingredients.
We’ve also added a mix of anti-inflammatory spices for an extra health kick.

Storage:With no preservatives, our bread has a short shelf life of 3 days after opening at room temperature. Best to freeze on day of purchase. Use a knife to separate slices before freezing. From frozen, pop straight into a toaster or make sandwiches in the morning for deliciously fresh lunchtime eating.
