Where can I buy Skyebird goodies from?

At the moment, you can find us at our online shop and at all Farro Fresh stores. If you are interested in becoming a stockist, email us at hello@skyebirdfoods.nz.

How do I modify my subscription?

If you need to amend an order quantity or cancel your subscription, login to your account at the top right and you can manage your subscription from there.

Look for the, 'Actions' label on the right hand side of the screen where you can cancel or modify your order.

When will my delivery arrive?

Currently, we only ship within New Zealand.

For North Island orders, you can expect your order to arrive on the next business day.

For South Island orders, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 business days.

When your shipment is on its way, you will receive an automatic track & trace link showing an estimated delivery date.

How do I store preservative free products?

We recommend storing our bread in the freezer to keep it super fresh as there are no preservatives. As a helpful tip, ground seeds should always be chilled so they don’t go rancid.

Please feel welcome to participate and post on our Instagram or Facebook pages. We love seeing photos of our product and hearing stories about how you are using them.

What drives packaging decisions?

We do not use preservatives in our products which makes our packaging choices limited. Protecting and keeping your delicious baked goods is paramount. Our packaging is as recyclable as currently possible. We are on the lookout for better options.

Is everything Gluten Free?

Our bread is baked and packaged in a certified Gluten Free bakery and is GLUTEN FREE.

All allergens are clearly labelled on the back of every package.

We are considering baking our cookies in a factory that is not certified Gluten Free. No gluten would be added to the product. We will label this clearly.

What does seasonality have to do with anything?

We bake in small batches using ingredients that may change seasonally. We use the freshest, most natural ingredients possible. There could be slight variations from one season’s harvest to another which could have an impact on our products.

Can I return products or get a refund?

If you feel there's something wrong with your order or it has been damaged before you receive it, we're really sorry about this.

Please let us know at hello@skyebirdfoods.nz.

Please provide an explanation of the issue & we can arrange a replacement or refund for you. If possible, please can you send a photo.

Unfortunately, we're not able to provide refunds if you don't like the taste of our products.
